We know that trucks live many different lives, and things can change at a moments notice. So we've designed this tune to handle anything you can throw at it.

What it is NOT: It is not a more aggressive tune. It is not going to be hard on the vehicle, neither does it have more risk of damage.
What it IS: It is further optimization of the proven original Omega tune. But it is not just improvements as you would think, but an evolution of Omega.

Transmission logic and shift schedules are optimized.
- Shift schedules are focused on the engines power band, not the conventional logic of shift points needing to be at specific vehicle speeds. This greatly improves the driving experience, and also the power band is used more efficiently.

Proven faster in testing through all combined optimizations.
- More part throttle torque.
- More low end torque & mid range.
- Smooth linear throttle response.

All Drive Modes include MSDM, or “Manual Shifting Drag Mode”.
- This feature allows automatic upshifting at optimum RPM points at WOT when in manual mode. You DO NOT need to manually command the shifts in this mode.
- Auto Stop/Start is disabled by default and can be reactivated upon request. Speed limiter is lifted.
REQUIREMENTS
NOTES & REQUIREMENTS:
The "Basic" mods Omega X tune will cover most bolt-on modifications. Including: Boss or GT intake manifold, CAI, exhaust, long and short headers, aftermarket gears, and non-stock wheels and tires. More extensive modifications will require the "Advanced" version Omega tune.
Flashing this tune requires using the new TDN phone app for MPVI2, MPVI2+, MPVI3, MPVI4 or RTD4 users. (A Windows laptop is still required for KAM resets, speedo calibrations, and extensive datalogging. The app can only be used for flashing tunes and diagnostics).
NOTE: MPVI2, MPVI2+, MPVI3, MPVI4, RTD, RTD+, RTD3, or RTD4 Interface required! Regular MPVI2’s and RTD’s are not compatible with iOS. Only the + (plus) or 3 models are. If you do not have an interface, select ADD RTD4 in the options.
TDN (Tune Delivery Network) is a free-to-download app for iOS and Android and syncs the RTD4 device via Bluetooth, removing the laptop from the equation when licensing and writing tunes to your vehicle. You can use this method or laptop method for reading/writing tunes.
Reading/copying the stock file does not leave the vehicle inoperable. Submitting the read/copy of your stock file will be by either email or the TDN app depending on which you decide to use.
For "Tune Only" orders, check your email for setup instructions after purchase (remember to check your spam folder). If you are ordering an RTD4, instructions will be included directly with your device.
CREDITS
HP TUNERS CREDITS:
2018+ Ford F150's requires 4 HP Tuners Credits. Options B & C includes these 4 Credits.
Credits are the currency used by HP Tuners to purchase licenses for tuning specific vehicles. A license is tied to three key pieces of information:
- VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
- Serial Number of the controller
- Operating System (OS) on the controller
Once a vehicle is licensed, your HP Tuners interface device can write modified tune files back to that specific vehicle.
POLICIES
TUNING POLICIES:
All tuning services are time-limited and will include up to 30 days of datalog reviews and/or personalized tune adjustments. These adjustments can include preference based changes like firmer/softer shifts, increased/decreased throttle response, adjustment of shift schedules, etc. Changing or adding modifications to the vehicle that would require a tune adjustment are not included and will require purchasing a tune update.
Single tune update requests for modifications or general tune adjustments do not include extended tuning support. When requesting a single tune update, please verify that you include accurate and detailed information for your request. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information could incur additional tuning charges.
During the tuning process for an Advanced tune, a tune will be considered "complete" if no follow-up contact is received within 15 days of receiving a tune revision.
Should your tuning window expire for any of the above reasons, you will be asked to purchase a re-tune through the website to extend your tuning time period. At which point you will receive a 15-day extension for tune adjustments, datalog reviews or to complete the tuning process for an Advanced tune.

This is something I wish I would have done years ago! Just installed my Omega x tune on my NA 2018 F150 and noticed a huge difference right away even with minimal bolt ons! They set you up for success with all the guides on loading the tune and turn around time for me was way quicker than expected. Thank you Juan for making this an easy process!

My omega x tune is the best thing I could've done for my f150! Wish I would've went with these guys over 5 star years ago. Truck bangs every gear now. Has more pep in its step than the 5 star tune. This tune is the way the truck should of rolled out of the factory. The customer support is phenomenal. I've messaged them 8 pm at night and have gotten a response within half an hour of an issue I thought I was having. If I could give more than 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a smoother driving experience or more power these guys are the way to go! Thanks so much, Oz.
Amazing difference. From the factory the F150 is decent, but the Omega X tune unlocks its full potential. I added larger tires and it was sluggish off the line, but the tune adjusted the shift points and made it quick again. Can't wait to get more upgrades from OZ tuning.
My 2018 F-150 in stock form was insufferable to drive, I was set on selling it. The stock transmission tuning is a complete embarrassment on Fords behalf. I decided to try this tune as a last ditch effort. What an amazing difference with the Omega X tune, it drives like a completely different truck and I am in love. You are going to wish you bought this tune much sooner, believe me.
As everybody says, because it is true, NORMAL mode woke my F150 up to how it should have been stock. SPORT mode will suck you back into your seat like a 500 HP hug. I had some imperfections in my tune, but Oz staff is knowledgeable and has worked with me to iron out all bugs.

Love it! The truck is an absolute beast. Makes it a night and day difference. Would recommend to everyone.
The biggest thing is I didnt have to sacrifice my ability to use all of the different fuel types like 87 through 93 and e85 since my truck is flex fuel.
If you take the time to let it learn your system when you first start driving, you will notice things working around. Give it some time and it works wonders in daily driving. No more herky jerky and trying to find ! Oh yeah and I will not forget, when you do finally go to get on it, the gear shifts are fast and precise. It stays at the top the mountain eating through gears. When your slowing up, they are coming by getting pulled over. Thanks for all your hard work you put into these tunes.
If you're reading this you already know Oz is king for the 5.0. I've been thrilled with my tune, as well as the differences with transmission logic and the rocket ship I get to enjoy with ethanol and sport mode!
Absolutely astounding is the only way I can describe the Omega tune. I purchased this more as a "jailbreak" for my 5.0L F150 to get away from the bogged down factory parameters and I was impressed. The omega tune improved throttle response, shifting and really made it feel like a brand new truck. Since then ive installed a ton of performance mods and havent needed any tune adjustments for now I'll keep rocking the omega until my Truck is ready for a custom 10/10 i would absolutely recommend Oz tuning for any 5.0L coyote
Went with the factory omega tune and man I love this truck. I had a clunky transmission and it just felt off skipping gears, also a 2019 there are issues. This tune fixed it all, smooth every which way and I love how it hits every gear now. This thing is a blast in sport mode now! 2019 CCLB 5.0 w/ 3.73

Been running their Omega tune for quite a while on my 2019 F150 5.0. I highly recommend it even for normal everyday driving. The difference in the shift patterns alone are worth it. Much more pleasant to drive. Sport mode turns the truck into a beast.(Provided from Google reviews)
I recently purchased an Omega X tune for my 2018 F150 with a few mild modifications.
Ken and Steve were exceedingly professional throughout the entire process. Communication was particularly clear and concise through email exchange. Ken made sure I completely understood everything before proceeding with any revisions. The best way that I can describe the tune is by saying this is how the vehicle should come from the factory. The shift schedule feels so much more natural, fuel economy has improved (24mpg hwy in RCSB configuration), and the upper performance gain is something in the 40-50 horsepower and torque range. This woke the truck up in a big way, now feeling like a 12 second OEM vehicle. In SPORT mode, there is appropriately increased line pressure to the transmission, which is exactly what I was looking for. Skip shifting is gone.
For a performance vehicle, I feel especially confident about this tune not impacting the longevity of the truck, especially considering the research and design Ken and his team have put into refining this product.
