ReadyLIFT® NEW Ford F150 OEM style 3″ Rear Block Kits are now available for 2004-2018 Ford F150 4WD applications. These Rear Block Kits include (2) 3″ Rear Blocks, (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your 2004-2016 Ford F150 4WD Truck.

2004-2008 4WD F150 will gain 1.0″ of additional lift when replacing your factory block with ReadyLIFT 66-2053.

2009-2019 4WD will gain 1.5″ of additional lift when replacing your factory block with ReadyLIFT 66-2053.

Based on OEM designs and never made out of light weight extrusions our 3” Ford F150 Blocks have Integrated OEM Style Bump Stop Landings and cast in center pins. ReadyLIFT® Block Kits will put a slight rake back in your Truck for hauling or towing and are designed to work in concert with your ReadyLIFT® Suspension Leveling Kit. In fact, these blocks are the ideal Tow Package upgrade for not only for stock height vehicles, but lifted or leveled trucks too!.
