  • Drive (normal) Mode: Increased throttle response over stock. Removal of stock “skip shift” function in transmission logic. Slightly raised shift points at part throttle (similar to stock Sport mode), and raised WOT shift points. Shift firmness has been slightly increased similar to what is found in Sport mode of the 2018 Mustang GT.
  • Sport Mode: Further increased throttle response. Further raised part throttle and WOT shift points. Earlier closed throttle downshifts when braking. Torque converter lock up scheduling setup for increased engine braking when decelerating aggressively. Shift firmness has been designed to be crisp, quick, and clean. This mode is similar to Drag mode found in the 2018 Mustang GT. It is designed to be aggressive, and to provide the quickest shifts possible for maximum performance at the track or on the street.
  • Tow Mode: Shift scheduling and torque converter function will be optimized for each trucks specific gear/tire combo.

The "Basic" Omega tune will cover most bolt-on modifications. 

91/93 octane required. Sorry, you cannot run 87 on this tune.

Flashing this tune requires using the new TDN phone app or a Windows based laptop. (A Windows laptop is still required for KAM resets, speedo calibrations, and extensive datalogging. The app can only be used at this time for flashing tunes and diagnostics).

NOTE: You will need to wait for the RTD3 Interface to be able to read your stock file (tune).

RTD3 Interface:

* The latest generation of hardware from HP Tuners.
* Requires an Android or iOS device to flash tunes and a Windows 7-11 laptop for other features.
* Supports VCM Scanner, allowing end users all the normal VCM Scanner abilities like diagnostics, DTCs, logging and scanning.
* Read and Write only. (Does not support VCM Editor).

All tuning services are time-limited and will include 90 days of complementary datalog reviews and/or personalized adjustments to cover adjustments such as firmer/softer shifts, increased/decreased throttle response, etc. Changing or adding modifications to the vehicle that would require a tune adjustment would not be considered a "preference-based adjustment" and would not be covered by a complimentary update.

Should your tuning window expire for any of the above reasons, you will be asked to purchase a re-tune through the website to "reset" your tuning time period, at which point the customer will receive a new 90-day window for complimentary adjustments and datalog reviews.

    Ken absolutely killed it on this tune! The truck runs the best it has since I have bought it. Not only does it make great power and pull to redline but the transmission tuning he does is excellent. I’m not saying this coming from a stock tune to his tune. But I had been running a tune from Unleashed Tuning for 6 months and they are not in the same league. Oz tuning is better in every way. Ken is extremely easy to work with and communicates well on what’s going on, what he changed and how some things work. I would recommend his tune 100%. I’m on 92 oct gas and will be doing his E30 tune soon. Here are some 0-60mph numbers from my dragy to prove his tune is legit. Nothing changed besides the tune. Im on 3inch level and 33×12.50r17 tires as well.

    Stock- 7.36
    Unleashed- 6.12
    Oz Tuning- 5.31

    I’ve had this tune for about 5 months now. I waited to leave a review until I had time to give an honest opinion after using it for a while. I’ve put about 8 thousand miles on my Ranger since I purchased it, and I’ve done everything from road trips, daily driving and pulling a car with it. This tune is night and day from the stock tune. It cleans up shifting and the power increase is amazing. I recently pulled a car in a trailer through Pennsylvania with absolutely no issues. I highly recommend looking into this tune. It took my Ranger from good to great to drive.

    Absolutely thrilled with the tune! The initial clunkiness of the 10r80 had me contemplating a trade-in, but the transmission tune worked wonders.     So I originally purchased the very overpriced Ford Performance tune and noticed a small difference. I was hesitant to spend another chunk of money on the OZ tune. But I tell you what, if you are looking, DO NOT waste your money on the Ford Performance tune. This OZ tune is an absolute beast, not only is the power substantially more and the shifts launch you into the next gear it is even smoother and shifts nicer on easy daily driving. If you are thinking about it, just do it, I dragged my feet for to long. Smiles per gallon baby.
