All of our exhaust components are made from durable corrosion-resistant T-304 stainless steel and include high-flow mandrel bends for maximum flow. This exhaust system utilizes a high-flow performance muffler to give your F-150 a race-inspired exhaust tone.

If you would like to have full control of your ROUSH Performance F-150 Exhaust System, you can upgrade the kit to a full Active Exhaust System by adding,  ROUSH F-150 Active Exhaust upgrade kit converts your existing “Active Ready” ROUSH Performance exhaust system into our full Active Exhaust System which gives you total control of your exhaust sound. The included illuminated switch mounts on the lower dash, just beneath your steering wheel, and seamlessly switches your exhaust between “open” and “closed” modes with just a press of a button.
