Description

The all new Gen 5x features an entirely new inlet design to further increase SC intake efficiency to make even more efficient power! The Stage 1 system bolts to the factory engine with no cutting or grinding while using the stock 90mm throttle body and makes up to 685* tire shredding foot pounds of torque and 775* horsepower to the flywheel!

This all-new system features their record breaking 3.0L Gen 5 twin-screw rotors and patented dual pass, dual core intercooler system making this the most efficient and highest horsepower turn-key system on the market today.

• Stage 1 utilizes the factory throttle body and 4.00” supercharger pulley for about 9-10psi at sea level. Click for more information on Stage 1
• Stage 2 includes Whipple’s billet 132mm throttle body, 2021 GT500 50 lb-hr dual pattern fuel injectors, and 3.875” supercharger pulley for about 10-11psi at sea level. Click for more information on Stage 2

Kits include all required components for installation along a Tomahawk handheld programmer for Whipple tuning. The engine and transmission tuning was developed and tested in tandem with Whipple’s partners at Ford ensuring the very best drivability, power and durability on 91-93 octane pump gasoline.

OZ Tuning Notes & Requirements:

• All Forced Induction tunes will require extensive datalogging which requires a Windows based laptop. Instructions will be provided, but you will need to be comfortable with downloading and emailing file attachments to complete the tuning process. • Forced induction tunes require premium fuel (91 octane or higher) and are built for a SINGLE FUEL OCTANE.

PCM Servicing Details:

• HP Tuners is thrilled to add custom tuning support for 2021-2023 Ford F-150 5.0L gas trucks equipped with the MG1CS036 PCM. Convenient direct flashing capabilities via the OBDII port using the OBDII interface and HP Tuners Software. This is possible due to HP Tuners’ new Ford MG1 PCM Service that is required to upgrade the PCM for tuning and can be purchased on their website by clicking here.Once upgraded and licensed for (4) Universal Credits using an MPVI2 or newer OBDII interface, customers have full access to VCM Suite software. Courtesy of HP Tuners’ credit-based licensing system, customers can write to their licensed F-150 indefinitely assuming the PCM OS, serial number, and VIN do not change. This license system allows customers to tune as many supported vehicles as desired using a single interface.The Ford MG1 PCM Service is a one-time send-in service that requires the original PCM to be removed from the vehicle and shipped to HP Tuners. Customers should expect 1-3 business days per PCM for this service to be completed, excluding shipping times. Additionally, this service does not require any relearns or reprogramming as long as the PCM returns to the same vehicle it came from.
